Magnus Johansson has more than 20 years of experience in the field of HR and is currently Manager Compensation & Benefits at Group Boliden. There he drives the development of the compensation & benefits agenda to strengthen the ability of attract, retain and motivate high quality employees to increase performance and enhance Boliden’s profile to drive change for generations to come. Boliden is a high-tech metal company with its own mines and smelters that work over the long term to guarantee society's supply of base metals and precious metals.

Lisa Skinner Källström is part of the global HR team at Teamtailor. Prior to joining Teamtailor Lisa has worked for companies like King, MrGreen Technology and Grant Thornton, she enjoys the international and fast paced setting combining people with business and tech.
