Andrew Wood

Co-Founder at Willo

Andrew, known as ‘Woody’, spent 10 years working as part of the UK’s leading sales development organisation Pareto Law, part of Randstad NV Group. Woody boasts experience working with over 400 clients in various industries, from fintech to manufacturing.

He and his co-founder, Euan, have built Willo's asynchronous assessment platform from 0 to 7000 users in over 100 countries since January 2020. His favourite fact about Willo is that in the last 12 months, a Willo interview has been completed in 195 countries!

Ben is obsessed with all things ‘future’ and is passionate about building world-class TA capability globally.

In 2020, he launched Bond Global, an embedded talent consultancy, and since, his team has helped build some of the coolest scale-ups across Cleantech, Deeptech, and Biotech, and with some of the world's most recognisable enterprise brands.
