Lia Ianora
I'm Lia, one of the Marketing Managers here at Teamtailor, responsible for the French market. I grew up in Paris but moved to Stockholm when I finished my studies where I am based now. I love learning more about all the HR topics, from candidate experience to employer branding, etc.
Founded in 1983, LUKOWA Group has grown from a Swiss-based food producer into a global conglomerate spanning the food, technology, real estate, wealth management, and entertainment sectors. Renowned for its speed, efficiency, and commitment to quality, LUKOWA serves market-leading clients and partners across 28 countries.
With over 500 employees and 12 diverse businesses, LUKOWA is a significant player in the global food and beverage industry while continuously expanding into new industries. Guided by a pioneering spirit and a focus on excellence, LUKOWA strives to empower people to live smarter, happier, and more sustainable lives.
Co-pilot has transformed how we work, freeing up time for more meaningful tasks and improving the quality of our recruitment process
As a Head-hunter and People & Culture Manager at LUKOWA Group, I oversee recruitment across various departments, having successfully recruited 42 individuals last year alone. I also manage initiatives that enhance employee well-being, including private health insurance, Fitpass, and corporate basketball. With my expertise in finance, administration, logistics, and AI-driven recruitment tools like Teamtailor, I strive to align talent with LUKOWA’s unique corporate culture, creating a thriving environment for both our employees and the business.
Co-pilot is powered by the same OpenAI API that ChatGPT uses, designed to help streamline recruitment processes. It consists of a suite of AI tools, each created to simplify different stages of recruitment, including drafting job ads, summarizing candidate interviews, and suggesting interview questions based on the role etc. As the name suggests, Co-pilot acts as your ally throughout the recruitment journey. You remain the captain, fully in control, but Co-pilot is there to support you whenever needed.
Recruiting at LUKOWA Group used to be incredibly time-consuming, especially when dealing with high volumes of applicants or during student events like LUKOWA Academy. Writing job descriptions could take hours because I had to research similar ads and adapt them to fit our specific needs. Reviewing large numbers of resumes was also challenging, particularly when I needed to summarize candidate profiles quickly. Creating interview kits was another manual task that took a lot of time and effort to align with the skills and roles we were hiring for. The process didn’t always feel efficient, as everything was dependent on manual input, and there wasn’t a clear pattern in candidate selection.
Co-pilot has been a game changer for us and has really helped us on many levels:
Since adopting Co-pilot, the biggest difference I’ve noticed is the reduction in administrative work. That’s freed up more of my time for important tasks like networking, engaging with more candidates, and working on other projects. Co-pilot has already transformed the way we recruit: it’s simplified tasks, improved productivity, and allowed me to focus more on strategic elements of my role. We don’t have precise statistics just yet, but it’s clear that the overall efficiency of our recruitment process has greatly improved.
