Together with our clients, we tailor background check packages to meet the unique needs of the organization. When ordering a background check, we send our personal data policy to the candidate, providing information about the process, the candidate's rights, and a secure login link to the candidate portal. In the candidate portal, candidates can track the status of their background checks, ask questions, securely share documents and access their collected personal data upon request.

Our support team is readily available with a maximum response time of four hours. Each assignment is overseen by a dedicated client manager who is well-versed in the process and the order. This contact is also well-prepared to address questions from both candidates and clients. When the background check is ready a link to the report will appear in Teamtailor and an email is sent to the customer to inform them of the delivery.
