We wanted to make applying for a job at your company even more accessible and easy for your candidates. So we looked at which social media that had the most users. The answer is of course Facebook.
This means that your candidates now can apply with the click of a Facebook button, and you will see all the information that's relevant to you. That is: workplace, education, and contact information. In other words – it's just like applying with LinkedIn.
Of course this isn't all you will see from your candidates. The candidate can choose to upload a resume, or connect with your company.
Even more than before, nobody can now say that they didn't apply to your company because it was too difficult.
