Get the conversation started — let candidates answer their own questions

Our ambition has always been to make your candidates enjoy applying to your company. We want to make sure that you give your candidates a recruitment experience that they will remember. With this new update, we're giving them the chance to add information about themselves that can make them stand out even more, and give you great conversation starters.

This feature is available to be activated in your Skillcenter. When activated, all application forms will get a new feature at the end of the application form. It's an interactive question builder, where candidates can add little pieces of information that will make it easier to get to know them.

They can add information like:

• Do you have a fun fact? 😂
• What is your superpower? 🦸🏼‍♀️
• My favourite ❤️ (Things like food, book, color, emoji, etc)

They can also create their own question and answer it themselves. This truly gives them the chance to really introduce themselves to you.

We hope you and your candidates are going to love getting to know each other even more. We can't wait to read what our candidates tell us about themselves.
