Recruiting through employee referrals are one of the most important ways of finding the right employees for your company. Employee referrals are a great proof that your employees are happy and that they want to spread the word about you.
14% of candidates hired from job boards stay at the company for 3 years or more. However, 46% of candidates hired through employee referrals stay for 3 years or more.
75-100% of employees participate in recommending candidates if the company use some sort of automation and gamification. With that great number in our mind, we are now launching Employee Dashboard!
Employee Dashboard is a brand new feature that will:
In their Employee Dashboards, your employees will have the opportunities to recommend people in their network smoothly. When they recommend others, they'll get to state how they know that person and why they think he/she will be a good fit for your company. After they recommended that person, they can see which status the candidate has. They can only see if the candidate is in inbox, in process or hired. They can not see any more information about the recruiting process.
So how does it work? What do you need to do to activate your employees?
The answer is simple. Nothing really! In the bottom of your career page you'll see a space where your employees can create their accounts to reach their Employee Dashboards.
By filling out their email address, they will receive an invitation to their inbox, so they can create a password and log in. The only email addresses that works, are the ones connected to your company.
What happens once the employee has logged in?
The employee gets an account with the administration right User. A User does not have access to the recruiting processes, but can be invited to a Hiring Team to be a part of your recruiting.
