It’s here — your new application flow. The new application form has a modern approach that is even more optimised for candidates than the previous form, and we are very happy to let you know that this update is live on your accounts right now. Go to your job ads to check out it live in action.
At Teamtailor, we have a team within the Product team that only focus on creating features to improve candidate experience. They developed this new application flow, and below they'll let you know what they focused on with this update.
"We have given the input fields more focus and appearance, but still keeping the total form height. The base uses your secondary- and content color combination that already exists. Inputs are always white with a strong contrasting text color. If you use full cover in the job ad, we inherit it to the form, extra neat for candidates arriving straight to it."
"We have ensured things like keyboard navigation, readability and high contrast is in place. We even added a neat little contrast checker in the Content editor to help you meet the recommended guidelines."
"Simplified and clarified. Recommendations will take less space in favour for Connect, where you also get the possibility to add a recommendation — at any time. For some extra flavour you can turn on confetti explosions in Global design."
Thank you page with activated confetti feature:
Standard thank you page:
"Since the questions often says something about the role itself, we thought that it’s better to start off with that."
"Sometimes a question needs a bit of clarification — now you can add it, while still keeping focus on the question itself."
We really hope your candidates appreciate this new update and we look forward to hearing your thoughts about it. Let us know if you have any questions or feedback in the support chat.
